You agree NOT to transmit in any form, store in a retrieval system, transmit in any form or by any means (electronic, mechanical, photocopying, or other) any Program/workshop content or training material. If found in violation of this agreement, you will face immediate expulsion from the program without refund and may incur legal repercussions at your expense. It is understood that Cathy Kuzel reserves the right to record any and all program/workshop sessions and such recordings become the sole property of Cathy Kuzel and may be used for commercial or promotional purposes.
Email Privacy Statement
Your email and name are kept completely confidential and NEVER sold or traded to ANY third party. If you wish to be removed from our email lists and NOT receive further emails from us, send an email to info@cathykuzel.com stating that you wish to be removed from our mailing list. We will then, to the best of our abilities, remove your e-mail address from our databases.

Refunds and Return Policy
- Products: Merchandise shipped directly from Cathy Kuzel may be returned for a full refund provided it is in its original packaging and is returned within 30 days of receiving it. Custom Logo orders are non-refundable.
- Shipping: Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is a result of our error.
Workshops: Registration fees for programs/workshops are transferable as credit to future workshops, but not refundable.
Payment Terms
- Product: All payments are to be made by cash, or money order payable to: “Cathy Kuzel”. All orders are payable upon receipt. No credit will be extended.
- Shipping: As per the terms on the order form or as agreed upon based on bulk orders. The least costly method (ground) will be used to ship orders unless otherwise arranged by the client.
